Essential Skills Training has many options to assist you in developing your skills and knowledge, whether it be for self improvement or job advancement.
In many industries today continual professional development (CPD) is a requirement. For example; Registered Nurses need to complete a certain number of CPD points per year to continue their registration.

Recognition of Prior Learning
Recognition of prior learning (RPL) is a form of assessment that assesses the skills, knowledge and experience that you already have. Previous training, formal and informal, work experiences and non employment experiences such as community work, can be assessed.
Your benefit is that you can reduce the time it will take to complete the program by not repeating units that you already know and for which you have the skills.

Fees
Fees for Skills Sets, Skill Gap Training & Non-accredited training is required before commencement of the program.
Fees for qualifications are divided into 3 payments. An admin fee, which covers administrative and resource costs. The remaining fee is split into 2 equal payments. One on commencement of your training and the 2nd at the qualification half way point.
If the qualification fees are paid in full upon commencement of your training there is a 5% discount on the price.
If required, a payment plan can be arranged, to assist participants to pay fees over the duration of the course, (an extra administration fee of $20.00 per month applies for this option).
