Refunds


Essential Skills Training operates under the following refund policy;

If a student provides at least three working day’s notice of an inability to proceed with the commencement of a program, all paid fees will be refunded, unless the client elects to have the money held in credit for a future program.

Under normal circumstances, no refunds will be given after the commencement of a program, unless the student can provide a medical certificate or show extreme hardship. In these cases fees will be refunded on a pro-rata basis or reduced to cover our costs for course materials, postage etc.

If a student is dissatisfied with a refund decision they can submit a formal complaint, which will be reviewed by the Director. A reply in writing will be provided.

If a program is cancelled by us, all fees will be refunded in full.

All refunds by be requested using our Refund Request Form, this must be completed and return to our office for refunds to be processed.
